Crytek is releasing (in August) CryEngine 3 in a similar fashion to Unreal Development Kit... except that apparently they're also allowing C++ code access. I'm really liking the Crytek/Epic war that's going on. Only makes it better for Indie developers for the PC.

I just turned the forums on after upgrading to vB 4.1.3 (from 4.0.2) and spending several hours fixing things. There are still some issues, but the forum seems to be functional so I'm turning it back on. Please report any issues in this thread. I will continue to fix things up throughout the week. Thanks!

Let me start by saying that I am committed to keeping this site up and running.

That being said, the money from donations coming in is no longer enough to support the Virtual Private Server plan we are currently on. Too much is starting to come out of my own pocket for it to be worth paying for. However, I am considering downgrading the plan for this website to the shared hosting plan which we were on several years ago. This would cost less money, but it means the site would probably be a bit more sluggish. This would probably take place within the next week. (It is possible that upgrading to the newest version of vBulletin could introduce some speedups, so I am considering this as well, but this would almost certainly mean losing our custom theme.)

I greatly appreciate everyone who has made a donation to this site, and most recently the handful of people who have donated since the new year: TeeKup, BobtheGreatII, Llama Juice, and Phobias.
