Reputation Levels?

Ok, this question is mainly for jcap or anyone who knows. But what are the reputation bars set at. So how many points do you need for two bars.? ect...

IIRC, you need 100 to get 2, and that stays the same untill you start getting light greens (which are 200 each).

Do the moderators and administrators have a higher rep power than normal uses or is that turned off?

And I am getting there, 81 Points :D

Also, don't the amount of points you get double when you have more reputation or something like that? Or do users with higher reputation get more reputation power?
