rec0 does. This particular app was made specifically for league vids and i called it HaloShowNames, because i'm that inventive.

Great vid Dr, repeating my death over and over at the end really puts over the message "rec0 must die" and i appreciate that.

Dude... Thats Halo CE. The names and triangles are regularly in the game. Just press F3 in game when you are playing and the names appear. K? :)
