Halo 2 Vista is coming!!!

Microsoft is also hoping it can help pave the way by teaching better installation procedures for Windows Vista so people can get into games and play quicker. Halo 2 will even be able to play from disc so that gamers can stream the game and play while it's installing in the background. We'll have to wait and see how well this feature works but it's an interesting proposition.--------from:http://pc.ign.com/articles/749/749845p1.html

Did you ever wonder why your first thread was deleted? It's because you're spreading false information. Amazon isn't the official source and the website itself is all about making money off of pre-orders; they'd tell you Halo 3 was coming out tomorrow if it made them a quick buck.

And also, IGN? You just lost all credibility you hoped to gain here. After all, you can't spell ignorant without the IGN.

Agreed, maybe you should look at some of the past topics on H2V's release date, like

Firstly if you read the fine print on amazon if they give a release date and the item is pushed back then they have to not only refund your money they gotta give you something extra in return like a gift card. So i dont think they'd be stupid enough to give out a release date of it wasn't official cause that would just be throwing away money not "Making them a quick buck".

Secondly, IGN is reliable source and all of there info is true.

Pre-ordering

Amazon.co.uk often offers items for sale before release. You can place an order for one of these items in the same way as you would order anything else. We won't charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch the order to you.

To find out the estimated delivery date for the order, click the "Your Account" button in the top right-hand corner of any page, then click "Go" next to "Open and Recently Dispatch Items". On the next page you'll see a summary of your order with a dispatch estimate next to each item.

Note: if you place an order that contains both pre-order and currently-available items, you won't receive the order until all the items are ready, unless you choose the "Dispatch as items become available" option in the order form. You will be charged a delivery charge for each additional delivery, but we will endeavour to get the items to you in as few deliveries as possible.

Note the "estimated delivery date" and no mention of any of the other stuff you said.

I deleted this thread for a reason, don't you dare re-make it again.

Also, since Gamespot says it is coming out April 24, your date seems much less believable.
