Lately, I've been noticing a bunch of these little white thingies sticking out of my knees. I was curious, so I pulled out some tweezers and removed one.

It came out smoothly & painlessly, but I still have no idea what the fuck it is. It looks like a facial blackhead (the stuff that turns into acne) but since I don't have zits on my knees, it's probably something else.

Google turned up nothin'. Any idea?

E: On a more serious note... because of how you described it, it doesn't sound like pimples... could be ingrown hairs, but removing either of the two with tweezers doesn't sound like a painless exercise to me... I'd see a doctor if your really concerned, of if you want to start worrying, head on over to webmd.com or w/e and check out the "symptom checker" I'm sure they can give u something interesting to worry about.

According to them its possible I have skin cancer...

Come to think of it tho, I've never had any of that crap on my knees (ingrown hairs or pimples)

I don't actually have it on my penis. That was a bad joke.

I'm not seeing a doctor about this since there's nothing affecting me. I'm guessing that something just got in the little hair holes in my knee (since they line up quite well) and it can be easily removed.

On the other hand, it could be remnants from an alien abduction...
