Crysis: Warhead Minimum Specs Announced

The minimum hardware specifications for Crysis Warhead have been announced and are as follow.

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 2.8GHz (3.2 GHz for Vista)
Intel Core 2.0 GHz (2.2GHz for Vista).
AMD Athlon 2800+ (3200+ for Vista) or better

RAM: 1GB (1.5GB on Windows Vista)

Video Card: nVidia GeForce 6800 GT, ATI Radeon 9800 Pro (Radeon X800 Pro for Vista) or better

VRAM: 256MB of Graphics Memory
Storage: 15GB

OS: Microsoft Windows XP w/ Service Pack 2 or Microsot Vista

DirectX: DX9.0c or DX10.

Much lower than Crysis, so I'm expecting a bunch of complaining when people running that low of hardware complains it looks like shit. Do keep in mind that this is minimal hardware and if you run it on this, then you'll get minimal preformance.

I'll probably play with the settings mixed between low and medium. I'll have to clear some of my Hard Drive though, because that would take up half the space I have left on it.

No, the GPU has 256MB dedicated memory.

And it probably could run on low or medium on the 360. The 360 doesn't have an OS, a Virus Scanner, and about 30 other background tasks to run at once.

Well nice to know I'll be able to rape this game as well. lol...I guess if you can run Crysis at all highest settings with 50 or so fps, you'll run this one the same, if not higher. Cool.

I can run crysis on this computer, and the cost of it, including the graphics card I bought after a while of having the 8300, would be about 520$
Looks like I'll be able to run it better, but I never liked crysis, My bullets would always miss.
And anyways, I could never tell If my shots hit in Crysis.
I think the fact that it will run on a 600$ pc, may be an overstatement, Unless they mean on high quality on a 600$ pc.
