I've been working to get my map ready for release but i keep on encountering the "triangle outside bsp" error. Its very tempermental- sometimes fixing itself without help from me- but this time it wont seem to go away.

As you can see the faces are disappearing. The weird thing is that there are three other doors like this in the map, but only one of them have the same errors as this door. Any ideas?
