What's going on? Just a mod fooling around or no? Because I think that phrase has replaced EVERY youtube video...

it's beacuse they upgraded the youtube tags that alot of the older ones broke (although i havnt notices any problems....)

NEED A DISPENSER HERE only shows up if the Youtube player fails to load.

I believe you mean it shows up with the youtube video is :fail:, in which case it doesn't matter where it was "seen", as the :fail: is now being blocked from our virgin eyes (a la Google's expert systems), in turn making your question all together moot.

Case closed. What will Google think of next?!

The video was detected as being :fail:...

...so Google's (who owns youtube last I checked) system's intervened and put a message saying "need a dispenser here" to protect your virgin eyes from :fail:...
