What would happen if our old favourites were redone in graphics prone to excessive bloom, massive amounts of foliage, and wicked shades of brown?

Awesome artistic style. It just saddens me to know that none of these games will ever look that good :(

Looks awesome, if not necessarily conducive to good gameplay; with all the fancy shading on everything, it's hard to tell what's a platform and what's not. But hell, if these were real, I'd buy 'em anyway just because THEY LOOK SO DAMN GOOD.

I wish Metroid were a more popular series. Then stuff like that would actually be released, rather than gambling with that one game every 3 years. (Admittedly, all 3 Metroid Primes were fantastic in their own way, but the periods between them were an awful case of blue morphballs.)

Really impressive! Well I did think that New Super Mario Bros DS looked better than the Mario impression here.

Needs moar Space Invaders though. And Pong. And basically all those Assembly games we're playing on TI-83/84 calculators.

Yeah, those pics killed my work connection, however, it was well worth it :D. On a random side note, they actually did a redux of Duke Nukem 3D. Updated the pixel maps etc. It's fucking AWESOME.

If you're talking about the High Resolution pack, then that's pretty old. In fact, I recently uninstalled it.

They should make a strictly side scrolling sonic in its current graphics.

The intro cutscene for Sonic Unleashed is orgasmic. The game, not so much.

Metroid needs to continue the storyline tbh...it just stopped at Metroid Fusion which was kinda confusing.

The Yoshi's Island one still looked just like Yoshi's Island.... just better.

I thought the Zelda and Megaman ones looked like ass.
