Yeah, I saw that no one else had posted the locations on here, so I went ahead and posted it.

Also I would laugh if Bungie banned people for showing people how and cheating to get the skulls, if its not actually them walking or flying to get to it.

Also Bungie shoulda made it so that you would have to find it in a Custom Game or Matchmaking game with 4 or more people.

Halo 2 was a weel challenge.

Halo 2's skulls were only a real challenge because you had to be playing on Legendary to get them... most of them weren't really that hard to get to once you knew where to look.

Though I do admit, most of H2's skull locations were considerably more epic than the h3 ones.

The "No Recon" list is for people who received Mythic Map Pack codes early and, against Bungie's express requests to those people only, created skull tutorials anyway. As clearly stated in the Weekly Update. This does not count for the general release of the Mythic Map Pack through Halo Wars or as purchased on XBL Marketplace (whenever that becomes available -- no date yet announced)http://www.bungie.net/Forums/posts.aspx?postID=30898409&postRepeater1-p=2


WITH THAT SAID, Best way to get Sandbox's skull is...

In monitor mode, create a wall to cover both of the turrets that fire at you (move it close to you for bigger cover), and move toward the sun. Stay up. When you hit the level limit, move forward a bit away from the wall near the perimiter(the beams have splash damage after all), then slowly, and I mean SLOWLY move down. Place the created wall on the ground, and look for the skull.

Eh, I haven't sent the video to anyone myself, I just watched it. Getting the Sandbox skull is harder than that video makes it look.

I think giving everyone a chance to get Recon kind of reduces the "special" factor of it tbh. Used to be the thing where if you caught Bungie's eye, or made them laugh, you got Recon. Now it's an achievement thing that anyone can get. I guarantee there's going to be parties of boosters in non-ranked matches getting the achievements.

Well, let's just hope that the Halo 3 : ODST Vidmaster Achievements are really hard to get, so Recon won't be too too common.

I made a tunnel to get to the skull XD. At first I tried using explosives to move the skull, then I realized it didnt move. Next I tried the video, but no matter how far I go, the teleporter lands to far away from the skull. Then I tried jumping from the sky bubble straight to the skull, then forgot that it kills you. Also I tried this method: http://www.modhalo.net/index.php?showtopic=15191&st=0, but still no luck.

So I created a long tunnel using the tube pieces. Got the skull.

There are several maps out there that you can down load that have shielded off the skull and so all you have to do is go through a teleporter.

i just overloading the map with trip mines.
about a min or two later blocks start disappearing when they come back turrets no longer shoot me and i can fly out there and just grab the skull.

I got the Sandbox skull on co-op. We made a tunnel part-way to the skull, then noticed that the lasers would stay fixated on one player (protected by the tunnel), so I rushed to the skull with a teleporter, so we could just teleport there, drop a bubble shield, and pick it up.

If one of the skulls is only accessable in forge (unless you mean a custom game in forge), thats not possible, however if it was replaced for a legit game, then I could understand.

On the xbox dash there is an inside xbox tutorial on how to get the skulls, does it matter now?

Wait, the Mythic Map Pack isn't out yet? I downloaded it through my Halo Wars LCE code... Or is it okay if you used the HWLCE download? I don't get this shit.

I also haven't even tried these maps or played Halo 3 since I got Halo Wars, so what ever...
