I just noticed this now, but when I am logged in I see this:

Where does it say that your offline? It clearly says "Welcome, CodeBrain".

I guess you haven't seen it.

Look to the left from the rep button. See that circle?

It's green if your online, and a dark blue when your not.

When I was clearly logged in, as you said, the circle was dark blue.
