Can't remove Windows.old folder (SecuROM bullcrap)

I've moved everything out of my Windows.old folder onto another HDD just incase i've forgotten something, and to clear space on my smaller Windows 7 drive. However two files couldn't be moved, because they apparently don't exist. They're in this directory: C:\Windows.old\Users\Tim\AppData\Roaming\SecuROM\U serData (surprise surprise). They're called "ЃϵϳЅЂϿϽϯІχϯπρϴϱЄϱЃϵϳЅ" and "ЃϵϳЅЂϿϽϯІχϯπρЂϻϵЉЃϵϳЅ". When I try to delete them, windows tells me that it can't find the files to delete.

Is there a third party program that anybody knows of that I can use to delete the files? I know it's not that big of a deal but I like to keep my C:\ directory clean.

also, you can use "unlocker" to delete files

1. install
2. right click on folder/file
3. when unlocker has loaded, pick delete from drop-down bar

or del "C:\Windows.old\Users\Tim\AppData\Roaming\SecuROM\U serData\*.*"

if you get ownership problem:
cd "C:\Windows.old\Users\Tim\AppData\Roaming\SecuROM\"
takeown /f /UserData/ /d y
icacls /UserData/ /grant administrators:F

I assume you've already tried to do this through the CMD. I think malwarebytes' has a file nuker in its 'more tools' tab. I've used it once to delete a bloated documents folder of an account that no longer exists. Windows stated that it couldn't be done since the folder was needed for the OS to work properly, but malware did it for me fine.
