Darkest of Days (problem)

ok i got this game and as you can see by the screenshot it doesn't work...

ive heard all kinds of problems like the game running shitty and crashing and all that, but i haven't seen anyone with this.... any ideas?

im running an ati card and the rest of my specs are over there --->

something with physx mb?

I know that game as a whole was very unstable on ATi cards in general.

Could be like Oblivion, pretty much useless if you have an Ati card.

This game is full of bugs, a good number of the people who downloaded their demo had it crash on them when they tried to load the first level. I'm not even on an ATI card.
