From building army of THESE (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/32991216/ns/today-today/displaymode/1247/?beginSlide=26):

http://msnbcmedia.msn.com/j/MSNBC/Components/Slideshows/_production/ss-090923-guinness/ss-090923-guinness-22.ss_full.jpg

which they will use to attack and annex surrounding states as their own, to help pay off the billions of $$$ they have in debt.

Smallest all-terrain armored vehicle

Built by Howe and Howe Technologies and measuring less than 1 meter (3 feet, 3 inches) wide, the PAV1 Badger is the smallest all-terrain armored vehicle. It is powerful enough to break down doors but small enough to fit in a lift. It was commissioned by Civil Protection Services of California.

I could actually see it being a useful tool to protect important people in a combat zone, but I see no real use for it past that.

oh shit you figured it out... if it helps we were going to test them by invading poland before we dared attack another state

Clearly we aren't putting our money in the right place.

We need mechs.

Oh, and that super fast rail line. IMO, the $40 Billion Maglev line seems like a better long term investment. Either that, or spend the 40 Bill on something that goes across the country. With the current proposals (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/6f/High_Speed_Rail_07-09-2009.JPG), it's still faster to hop on a plane for 6 hours then it is to take trains across the country, even with the few high speed rail systems that are being proposed.

If it's cheaper than a plane ticket and under 8 hrs I'd take the high-speed rails.

Ya know, even if my state is stupid enough to make an army of these... things, I want one.

I don't think the high-speed rail system is happening anytime soon. But yeah, I hate my state government.

I want to know: What is the mileage on that thing? Must be like .02... And Cali's a green state? I think not.

Freelancer what exactly is the point of that machine? Recon? It doesn't appear to have any fixings for anything. Mount guns or it maybe?

EX12693

It has a platform on top where you can mount guns. Freelancer, you read it in Popular Mechanics/Science?
