No, I do not agree with your explosion assessment :P However, I will concede the FRG is.. interesting. Its even been said it will never be in matchmaking because the gun itself causes frame rate issues when its fired.

Kornman00

It was networking issues, not graphics. Projectile moves too slow.

DarkHalo003
September 2nd, 2010, 07:34 PM
Yeah, I'm assuming it'd just be a pain in the ass for the networking to keep up with in comparison to a sniper round that ends instantly.

Speaking of custom games, can anyone confirm a custom game matchmaking service?

Dude, I don't think it's possible to use the words "explosion" and "too big" in the same sentence.
Explosions can never be too big.

There, I win. But seriously though, I don't have any problems with any of the explosions.

Yeah, since all carbine based projectiles register as a hit as long as your reticule is red at the time of the firing in Reach it's easy on the networking. For the FRG, it's out there in the wind sappin' your bandwidth with object creation and update messages.

You guys should know, when you edit the corrdinates of an object, it rounds off the float value of its position to the nearest 10th. Rotations are 0-180 rather than 0-360. When you have an object selected, your position will be relative to the object, and your camera will follow it. If you try to move, you will orbit around the object. Objects are made so that if you were to edit the coordinates, they would fit nicely together. So a box at 0,0,0 would fit nicely with a box next to it at 0,0,1. If a phased object was to spawn inside of a vehicle, or vica versa, the vehicle will explode. If it is a player, the player will simply die. Some of you may know this already, but Decals will not draw on dynamic objects.
Lights that are on structures are actual lights, so if an object was to go near it, it would properly be lit dynamically. If a phased object was to end up being out side of the level, it will delete its self.

Steel Yourself

Some of you are playing Halo: Reach a little bit early. It happens. With millions of copies out of manufacturing quickly making their way into the massive global retail chain, it’s not terribly uncommon for a few discs to “accidentally” slip into a few lucky customers’ hands. Que sera.

If you count yourself among that lucky few, there are a handful of things you need to be aware of that will likely impact your pre-launch Halo: Reach experience. First, you’re playing in what we consider a test environment. Several key services are disabled, or in various states of fluctuating functionality, and core elements of the game, including big ticket items like matchmaking, credit acquisition, and the daily challenge system are all running at less than optimal levels.

In addition, any Credits you earn during this slim pre-Launch window are going to be summarily and systematically reset prior to launch. Don’t get too attached to any fancy new gear you might have already acquired. Consider any expenditures or investments you’ve made in the Armory the cost of doing business early. It’s nothing personal; we just want to make sure the playing field is kept nice and level upon launch. It's only fair.

On a similar note, I’ve been seeing some chatter about the prospect of mass quantity credit dumps that can be earned through offline play in various game modes. Some of the laziest among us are no doubt already plotting out their path of least resistance, thinking of ingenious new ways to rubber band a controller to achieve a Zen like state of ridiculous effortlessness.

Not so fast. When you escort your offline profile into the wonderful world of Xbox LIVE, our servers will identify your newly connected status and instantly notify you that our online credit scale operates on a completely different level. (That fizzle sound you’re hearing is probably your boosters running out of fuel in an oxygen starved environment. Don’t look down, RocketMan.)

If you choose to remain offline with your decked out profile, you get to keep your ducats and your duds with no questions asked. But should you opt to take this party online, your credits will be reduced significantly and any Armory items that you had previously earned (for which you no longer meet the minimum online credit or rank requirements) will be righteously revoked.

Of course, the credit reduction that occurs when you make the move into cyberspace is completely by design. For players without a connection to the outside world, the system is simply accelerating the credits being awarded to allow them to experience the Armory at a realistically achievable (but decidedly lonely) offline pace. For those who opt for a more social experience, the grind is a little more protracted, but still profoundly fun.

Todays panel was quite interesting. The talked a lot about the story development and what went into the game. They also mentioned and played a video of gameplay features that sadly didnt mke the final cut. Some of those were large scale fights, much like in BF, a warthog boat, boarding giants and hunter like vehicles and sticking grenades on them, and a few others. The video was really cool, its too bad they couldnt get those in. The funniest of them all was the forklift being able to lift stuff. Unfortunately, it was glitched and would launch objects hundreds of feet into the air.

tons of shit gets cut out of games. sometimes there's just not enough time to implement things and polish them to a shippable condition. It's not just that, but there's so many other tiny little things that prevent stuff like that from making it. The process of game development isn't just "Oh hey let's make this it's gonna be super awesome and bad ass!!" You have to keep in mind thing like play balance, level flow, avoiding crashes caused by bad code, all sorts of the little things.

Trust me when I say, when stuff gets cut, there's usually a good reason.

Besides, we should be thankful they're showing off prototype stuff that was originally going to be internal only.

Didn't Bungie basically say that huge open battles were part of reach anyway

Not exactly sure what this "global battle" thing is
E: Balanced or not, though, character boarding a grunt. I'd so pay extra to have that

Kornman00
September 7th, 2010, 03:50 PM
I think basically it would have been building on the Flocks concept to make it interactive. If you recall from the previous two released games, there was usually some sort of battle going on in the air or whatnot. This is just really cheap (to the CPU) AI acting out a battle in the background. These battles didn't apply to what you were doing really, they're just for adding to the mood.

Well instead of these background battles, you now also have surrounding (foreground) battles which actually have affects on the way you're playing the mission. IE, how that Scarab all of a sudden says 'ohai!' and now you have to take into account that you can get ass blasted by it while trying to move around. It's no longer "ok, I'm in this section of the mission and I have to battle these guys to take out that AA gun", it's "ok I have to take out that AA gun" and "oh shit, what was just attacking those falcons is now coming after me!" or "oh shit, that ghost just followed that warthog in and now it spotted me!".

It would have been a feature that actually made it feel as if a "global" battle was going on, not just battles you're encountering in the currently viewable play-space, along with some "background" battles which are really just for looks.

Ifafudafi
September 7th, 2010, 03:59 PM
In which case it'd seem to be more appropriate to make such instances simple set pieces rather than take the time to make sure that AI does what it's supposed to every time, which I'm assuming is why they cut it.

Really, they did a decent job with The Covenant in H3, so I'm assuming with the engine changes they've made it'd be easy enough to replicate that kind of feeling.

Now that I think about it, don't Assassinations fill the same basic function that Character boarding would, without the balance issues?

I tried this in Halo CE for a while, but it did get a bit laggy on my computer (which is considerably low end). However, it's still possible in CE too, which makes me wonder how they'll implement it into Reach. Another thing I think is really odd is the Gueta. It's marked down as an enemy in the ordnance section, not just an ambient life. I wonder how many times we'll actually fight them.

I'm hoping the star will be the new way to show Bungie's recognition, like Recon pre-ODST in Halo 3. This way it can be used to easily identify these people without making such a big impact. I wouldn't expect to hear outcries of "I CAN HAZ STARZ?!" if this was the case.

What bugs me about them resetting the credits, okay yes for people that have it ridiculously early (like 2 weeks), but say someone gets a copy legally, on Monday, if they play it they lose everything. I mean okay they still get to play it, but =\

Also the whole if you go online, you'll lose alot of credits. That will do my head in, if I want to play a bit of SP on my own, I make up some credits along the way, I realise yay I can get some new armour, I go out and go into MM, and then I lose that armour because my 'online credits' is lower. I agree for people that use it just to rank up, but I think they should allow a fair bit. Kind of ruins the whole purpose of gaining stuff offline.

Honestly, what do you expect reviews to say? There's no such score below an 8 today, and you'll never see any "big" series a score below a 9, no matter how god fucking awful shitty it is (see: Modern Warefare 2).

That said, Reach is a good game. Campaign could have been 30% longer since it was too short and nothing big happened. Otherwise, expect Halo 3 + loadouts - BR = Reach.

My opinion: 7/10. Good game, but still much room for improvement. Keep in mind that IMO, ODST got a 4 and Halo 3 got a 5.

Ew, there's no such thing as perfection in a game to receive 100, there's ALWAYS room for improvement, yet I question why some of them said what I said but gave it a 100.

That sucks that there's no Legendary ending. You know what would have been an awesome way to do bonus cinematics? A Legendary ending that compounded based on what other Halo games your profile completed on Legendary.

If you beat Halo 1, you'd get to see an extended scene where the Pillar of Autumn takes off. Then, if you beat Halo 2, you'd get to see a scene aboard The Arbiter's ship, where they begin their pursuit. After that, if you'd beaten ODST, you'd get to see a scene starring Buck getting off the planet. Then the Legendary ending for Reach, and finally, if you'd beaten Halo 3, a scene pertaining to the ultimate fate of the Chief.

It's supposed to be the last Halo game from Bungie, right? That would have been an excellent way to end things.

Except there's no way to tell if you beat Halo 1 or 2, let alone on legendary. The "bonus" mission serves an ending far better than a plugful legendary ending.

Ew, there's no such thing as perfection in a game to receive 100, there's ALWAYS room for improvement, yet I question why some of them said what I said but gave it a 100.
Keep in mind Metacritic doesn't differentiate between scores like an A+ and 100%.

Also, that's its a meaningless garbage aggregate site anyhow.

Wait, there's a legendary-only bonus mission at the end?

I'd ask this too, but I actually don't want to know.

I pick the game up in 24 hours from now (Midnight Launch UK) and I'll be quite happy learning about all the 'spoilerish' stuff after I've finished the campaign through.

I've been spoiler dark for over a month now so I'm dying to play it and every time someone says 'Reach' in a sentence I get a little excited... my friends are abusing this fact though... but I'm sure they're hiding their excitement for the Midnight release.

Anyway - see you on the other side of the release guys!

No, it's just a bonus mission that is played no matter what settings combination you've pulled out of your ass and put into the game.

You could always connect to bungie servers and check if you have a halo PC key or halo 2 stats.
Having a PC key doesn't mean you've even played the campaign, or even played the Xbox version. Having H2 stats doesn't mean you've even played the campaign. H2V well...no one wants to really talk about that so you can just forget checking the achievements for that.

I found the atmosphere and background events very nice.
However, overall, the campaign on heroic, is frustratingly difficult at times. Combine that with awkward checkpoints and it kinda ruined the campaign for me at times.
There was also not really a typical Halo mission, this is a different type of "Halo" game then what I've played before...instead of going back to it's roots it's gona on the ODST highway again.

That said I liked the story and I love Forge World!

Got the game today around 1pm EST. Took about 8 hours solo heroic, and there were some surprisingly difficult areas. I found myself resorting to Legendary tactics on heroic, which I never have to do. It feels a lot more like Halo 1 difficulty style. I really enjoyed the campaign- no real annoying missions like Cortana from H3, but
I was missing some sort of epic end mission. The post credits mission was badass, I'll give it that, but typically we get some sort of uber-epic-warthog-run-esque mission right at the end of the game, and I was a tad disappointed by the lack of that. However, seeing the PoA and Keyes, and Cortana, man, that was all extremely awesome. I also appreciated that it ended with the first cutscene of Halo 1.

The music was awesome too. I guess I need to play through it a few more times before I can make a real judgment of it. At the least I can say that Bungie knows how to make things look epic, and the game is beautiful.

One thing I hate about Legendary at the moment is that the marines fucking suck at prioritizing targets when they're the gunner in a warthog. They'll shoot a wraith for two seconds then do a 180 to shoot at a goddamn grunt for five minutes that they can't even hit >:C

Finished first run on Heroic. Overall, a good campaign. I'll play it through again a few times, but Halo 1 remains my favorite campaign. I thought they did a lot of things right and a few nagging, annoying things wrong.

- I thought the big revelation was a ridiculous retcon that made zero sense.
- Fucking HUNTERS! What the shit? Bungie just keeps making them more obnoxious to fight.
- Infinitely spawning enemies? There goes my Kill 'Em All runs. In fact, I'm not sure if I even care to replay the game unless I can Kill 'Em All.
- Military jargon and assaulting AA's: sick of it. Halo was best when everybody else is fucking dead and it's just you fucking shit up. The only thing I worried about coordinating was my foot up Covenant ass.
- It's too hard to find decent weapons when you need them. Probably why this game is tougher than it ought to be.
- Armor abilities are too defensive in a game where the best defense is a potent offense.
- Health packs. Why bother?

You need to be on legendary and you must wait until after wave 4 ends before the switch will appear. ALL AI does NOT need to be dead - only enough to set the waypoint for Dr. Halsey's lab.

The sound playing in the background of the terminals is exactly the same as in Halo 3. There's 18 sounds total, despite there being more than 18 terminals/data pads.

Rob Oplawar
September 15th, 2010, 09:36 AM
What's with all the ODST hate? I for one thought ODST's campaign was a lot more fun than Halo 3's. I guess it's a particular play style- I'm by nature a defensive combatant.
I'm enjoying Reach so far, 3 levels in on Legendary after 3 hours. The hunters are extremely obnoxious- it doesn't seem like there's enough ammo to spray bullets at their front, there definitely aren't enough explosives to take them out that way, so you're forced to try and get behind them, which I'm finding overly difficult when there are two of them watching each other's backs. Still, it only takes me a few deaths before I finish the encounter, so it's not too bad.
I have to say, the music is completely hit and miss for me. I absolutely adore the drums and strings sections that are reminiscent of previous Halo games but embody Reach's unique theme, but what the hell is this synth/guitar crap? It sounds completely out of place, and it sounds more dated than the music in Halo 1.

Limited
September 15th, 2010, 09:53 AM
There were a couple of levels that felt alot like ODST, and they felt like you had to keep grinding, like "Oh do this, oh look go over there, oh do it over there again".

Herioc on the last mission (POA) do not let Emile drive, he kept not making it over that jump you needed to, I had to jump out and walk =\

ejburke
September 15th, 2010, 11:20 AM
Seriously, fuck Hunters. If I get past them, it's all luck. The designers were just being dicks. The part I'm at has no heavy weapons, just a few grenades and a shotgun. I tried as hard as I could to get a Gauss Hog in there, but no dice.

What the Hell, Bungie. You want us to get close, blow the armor off their back, and then shoot that little spot that gets exposed, but you sure don't make it practical. Halo combat has always been great because of those neat shortcuts. The Hunter shortcut is no longer a shortcut. It's a game of chicken. How about you help us out? When I armor lock against their cheap melee attack, how about it at least stuns them? Or if one of them shoots the other in the back, how about it does SOME damage?

One pistol shot to the back in Halo 1 was too easy, but they've gone twice as far in the other direction.

I agree ejburke, they are incredibly tough, even on heroic they take about 4 rocket hits to kill. What gets me is if you use armor lock, they basically just wait for you to pop out, and THE SECOND you do, they shoot you.

I'm dreading hunters on legendary.
Mini Spoiler
Theres a part in the game where you have to kill 2 hunters to proceed, it was so freaking annoying as I had hardly any decent guns Kat basically did nothing to try and help me take them out.

How much money have you guys got, and what are you saving for?

I passed it and armor lock did come in handy. Lucky I had it equipped. Lucky also that I had a DMR to pick off the grunts and combo the Elite that were hanging around. I also got some lucky random checkpoints that helped out.

I'm not one to complain about movement speed in Halo. It helps keep the combat smooth and under control without the need for an aim-down-the-sights mode. But doing the dance with a Hunter is just exposing how un-nimble your Spartan is. Among other frustrations like being at a Hunter's 6 = dead, while being at it's 5 or 7 = alive.

I am about to beat the game on legendary, and the hunters are the worst. The first two hunters on Sword Base I take out with the gauss hog. I use rockets and plasma launcher on the hunters on Nightfall. On Tip of the Spear, I killed one with the plasma launcher and the other blew itself up by destroying the anti-air gun for me. On New Alexandria, I just run past all 4 in the night club. You can just let your team do all the work on The Package. In the last level, bring rockets with you from the very beginning! When you get the chance to pick up the laser, pick that up and constantly swap weapons so you can "carry" 3. (DMR + rockets + laser). Otherwise, the last two hunters are literally impossible to kill.

Bungie playtests the hell out of their games, but they target it at normal... I'm wondering how this got past playtesting, i.e., are we just doing it wrong and there really is some better way of fighting hunters? did they intend for hunters to cause several deaths before you got past them? are they less frustrating for most people playing on normal?
Eventually I'm gonna go back and evaluate the hunter battles more closely before laying down any judgment. Maybe I'm just making them sound harder than they were.

e: jcap ninja'd. how did you get the gauss hog in sword base? When I saw the hunters I immediately went back for it, but I stopped when I saw the roadblocks because I assumed it was one of those impenetrable vehicle barriers Bungie seems so fond of.

For Hunters, there's always a shotgun lying around closely. For those of you who don't know, shotgun+hunter's back = dead hunter after a couple of shots (on heroic). I think Bungie is trying to get us to use different strategies for killing Hunters besides the usual Rockets+Grenades.

Oh, and I have a problem. Bungie.net refuses to update my armor on my service record. It still shows me being purple and white with Recon...

Whoever is multiplayer lead or whatever should be shot in cold blood.

I mean it. Fuck them to hell.

Tank is more powerful than in Halo 1, weapons are underpowered, player speed is half. Hmm........

When I was playing Reach a week ago, the first game I played was with 3 of my friends. It was 2v2. One guy on the other team got in their tank and began camping our base. He was impossible to kill. We kept spawning outside of the base with no cover, and no matter what loadout you chose you were screwed regardless. Aside from the god awful spawns, I thought there was no possible way they could put the default map variant with the tank in matchmaking.

And yet when the game comes out, in the first multiplayer game I play, what happens? My team steals their tank, camps their base with it. They can't spawn at all. When they finally did kill the tank, we took our tank which was untouched and continued camping.

This bullshit drops my rating of the game to 4/10 (1 better than MW2, 1 worse than H3) because of shear stupidity. It just makes the game unplayable, and that's out of the box. If they want to leave good first impressions, then they should learn to do shit right.

Finished campaign on Heroic, screwed around in Firefight a bit, and played precisely one Matchmaking game before stopping.

The campaign's not nearly as smart, affecting, or well-written as Bungie seems to think it is, but it's still far ahead of the convoluted tangle of retcons and loose plot threads that was Halo 3. Having a self-contained story that makes the game approachable while still tying it in to the trilogy was a much better plan. Oh and it's pretty fun to play too, although I never really got the feeling that I was participating in a planet-scale war. There's still a lot of improvement and change from H3, which is very nice seeing how similar H2 and 3 were. Looks like Bungie really can make a great sequel if they try.

I only played one Matchmaking game because I have other shit to get done as soon as I finish this post, but it was a Team Elite Slayer match on Reflection, and it was actually quite enjoyable. Holograms are so fun to screw around with. No doubt I'll start hating it again as soon as I get up into higher ranks, but first impressions are very, very good across the board.

Oh, and I looked at Forge World for ~10 seconds before getting overwhelmed and backing out to go play around with the Firefight settings.

E: Also I think the ending would have been better had they gone directly to the how-long-can-you-survive sequence before the credits; this would end the same way, with the shot of the helmet w/ bullet hole. No fade to Halsey monologue and grassy Reach, though. Then it would cut to the H1 intro, and credits would play with no epilogue afterwards. But that's just me

Ugh, progress-halting bug on the 6th mission. At the end of the "Bullfrog" jetpack section, you have to clear a landing pad and two shade turrets are marked. I used the jetpack to get to the upper balcony of a building full of Brutes and walked around to the back, using an FRG to kill the turrets. Because Shades is dicks, right? Anyway, a Phantom shows up to drop off Brutes and jackals and I kill everyone. Nothing happens. Load checkpoint, repeat, nothing happens. I back out of the game, load it up, kill everything, nothing happens. Just a bunch of random civilians running into walls and getting stuck.

I figure it's because I killed the turrets before the phantom shows up and broke some half-assed script. Now I have to go back to Rally Point Alpha and redo the whole goddamn thing on Legendary. Rally Point Bravo picks up right after this part that won't advance.

Also, on my first Heroic run through, I got a checkpoint as I was sliding off a cliff into water. I'm still not sure how I pulled out of it. The previous checkpoint failsafe code wasn't kicking in, because I was taking too long to die. I watched Giant Bomb's video review and they showed a Warthog get a checkpoint as it was flying off a cliff. Embarrassing.

Yeah, but Invis rocks their shit when I use it. I'm mean with it. I just crouch walk my way to the Elites standing guard, thinking the worst thing that will happen is some Marines hopelessly trying to win back their planet. Man, were they wrong. I'm also cruel with it in Matchmaking. Not only do I wait (I mean, for like, 30 seconds) for people in matchmaking just to happen to walk by while I have invis on, but I also do it to purposely use the assassination animation and make them be like "OMG WHERE DID HE COME FROM?!!!"

Is anyone else tremendously scared of betrayal booting now? One betrayal and the menu pops right up to kick the probably accidental betrayal. I know mine are and thankfully I've only been kicked once for a rocket explosion that took another enemy with it (I think).

Is it even possible to hold court in the mass driver? I couldn't even do it on Heroic. The only way I can pass that part is to get out and hide until the music kicks in. I just don't get it.Is it as stupid as it seems?

I'm having a tough time figuring out which is my favorite mission, but I can say my least favorite is New Alexandria. Infinitely spawning Banshees, a night club full of Hunters, a seriously pathetic use of Ivory Tower featuring infinitely spawning Drones, and the cumulative damage on your Falcon that makes it a brittle, smoldering wreck emitting smoke to impair your ability to aim.

On a positive note, I actually enjoyed the space combat after being very skeptical. I really like that mission overall. Great sense of scale.

jcap
September 17th, 2010, 10:15 PM
Long Night of Solace when you are leaving the bridge is like impossible. Other than that, the level is pretty reasonable.

Nightfall was OK...seemed like a normal legendary level to me. Tip of the Spear, however, really angered me at the part right before you get on to the falcon. The two hunters in the AA turret SUCK, and there's literally no ammo or healthpacks anywhere on that level.

New Alexandria was fine for me. I ran past all of the hunters, destroyed the jammer, and ran past the hunters out the door. Ivory Tower was done the same way.

The last battle on The Package actually isn't too hard. I beat it twice on legendary. You can let the AI back you up, so it's not as difficult as playing firefight on legendary alone.

The last battle on The Pillar of Autumn though.......my god. Talk about an absolute lack of any useful weapons... Hope you are really good with the plasma repeater!

Campaign rant. The campaign was actually really good overall, but there is some awful stuff I want to rant about.

So, Jorge's death subplot was taken straight out of Halo Wars. That really soured the rest of the 'drama' of anyone else's death, and the rest of the game overall. That whole sequence was awful. Would it have killed Bungie's writers to actually watch the story of Halo Wars at least once? It doesn't help that they look similar, and are a letter away from having the same name. Not to mention the utter ridiculousness of him throwing 6 all the way to the surface of the planet, and 6 is barely injured. Terrible, Bungie. By then, I was rooting for Kat's death. She's a bitch who had it coming, and I really didn't care what happened to anyone else.

At least Emile went out like a badass (even though you could see his death in the turret coming from a mile away). Now Carter's was bad, too. My sister and I were betting on which Spartan will die next. As soon as he jumped into the pilot's seat of the Pelican, we knew he was next. The pilots always die. And guess what? He's critically injured by the next cutscene.

But what really pissed me off was his actual death scene. Hey look, a Scarab out of nowhere! We can finally take one down, and it will be so much fun. But no, Carter shows up miraculously (I thought he was already dead) and kills it himself, making that whole scene lame and pointless. Why even tease Scarabs if you can't ever fight them?

I'm surprised how uninteresting all of Noble Team is. The ODSTs were great in their tiny little campaign, but in a full-length campaign, I didn't have any attachments to the Spartans. Halsey was a bitch, too, so the excitement of seeing her was completely nullified.

The Cortana thing was too much like Vegil from ODST. Vergil has important information that could win the war. What is that information? Who knows? Same thing with Cortana.

As for the 'Library' or 'Cortana' of this game, definitely Long Night of Solace. The on-foot stuff is fine, but the space combat is by-the-numbers, mediocre, and boring. The Falcon segment was boring, too. ODST's Banshee mission, even with all of the copy-paste geometry, was so much better.

The last level didn't really feel like a proper last level for a Halo game. Bungie, don't give us a mongoose, an AI who only uses shotguns, and tell us to run away from everything. Give us a warthog and a bunch of stuff to shoot at, ala the snow portion of The Covenant.

It sucks that the last level of their last Halo campaign ever is a Firefight encounter (and a turret 'minigame'). Didn't everyone hate that in ODST? Bungie, we already have a Firefight mode. Save campaign for all of the unique encounters you can't get in Firefught. There's no mad dash through the service corridors of the Pillar of Autumn. No treacherous escape through an unfinished Halo as it falls apart around you. No desperate rush across a highway as the city burns around you. It was just a regular, relatively unremarkable level.

There's so much wasted potential in the campaign. The most glaring example is Tip of the Spear. You're part of a huge convoy of Warthogs, Scorpions, Falcons, Pelicans, and Mongooses, but once the gameplay starts, you're stuck on foot. Not cool. Bungie's last campaign is hardly as amazing as they think it is.
