Is it me or is HCE subforums being spammed with the most stupid ideas of existing tags in some way? Can we like have a dedicated thread for stupid ideas or some system like the rvb forums? After a certain amount of rep can they make their own threads after their initial thread? This would reinforce the lurking theme you guys have.

If you're reading under a rock and don't know what I'm talking about, here's a few examples:

Halomaps is just turning into ripper heaven. Seriously, if you look at the "WIP" threads all you see are rips, apart from about two custom models which have recently been posted... Its pathetic. (I don't mind it anymore, but now its just taking the piss)...
