View Full Version : HCE Problems...Tool + Max *_*

Hey, I am having troubles getting tool to compile a mesh into a model, it already has the UVW's working nicely, it just doesn't want to go through tool. If it is a problem with the model, I would dearly love to know...

Here is the error from tool:

The bottom of the model is not sealed up, but last I checked I didn't think that scenery items needed that, right? O.o if so, I will feel like an idiot...

Any help would be appretiated, I use xfire and skype, suiadan42, message me or post here and I'll send you the model.

Something isn't textured right. Make sure everything is textured, and make sure there is a texture you are linking the material to.

Actually simply put you didn't set your materials to multi/sub-object...

Thats all do that,press 'm' in max then you will see a slot 'drop down' menu change that to multi/sub-object.then change the # of materials normally default is 10 to however many you have if it's one for example set it to 1 then press okay.

Setup materials as normal then export bame no more of that error.

Moreso on that, one/more triangles or objects just don't have a material on it. Recheck everything.
