This is a common problem for a lot of people. It usually was from a bad/scratched CD, a bad CD drive, or corrupted files on the CD. Try cleaning your CD and try it again. If all else fails, download a copy of the game online somewhere, mount it on a fake drive and install with your own cd key. Sorry about your luck

All I had to do was redownload the HEK installer. Thanks anyway though.
