Self promotion

Hi all.
I have at last joined Modacity (yay me) but find myself stuck. I have a web site dedicated to the Halo 2 'outskirts' level and can't find a suitable forum to post a link in. Don't let the subject put you off - there are things on my site you will not have seen or tried! But where can I post a self promoting link without causing a rule violation?
