Title. I heard there were ranks for Halo 2 (not sure about it in being in the Vista version).

He's a H2V modder. He means that he's trying to implement it in the game somehow...

I prefer the word 'modder' over 'hacker'. Hacker sounds like he's gonna crash the game or make an SMG shoot rockets (but without the part that everyone else has to download the map)..

Nope, if you hack District for example, others don't have to download it. H2V isn't CE.
I played a game like that before.
