Bought this game yesterday and it is outrageously fun. The animations, graphics and gameplay, especially for a third-person shooter, are very, very nice. Although it is an indie game, it feels and plays like any other professional game - especially due to it using the Unreal 3 Engine. Personally I would recommend this game to anyone who enjoyed playing Team Fortress 2 or wants a fun and addicting multiplayer game to play.

Game Info:
Monday Night Combat is a class-based, third-person shooter… and the most popular lethal sport of the future! It blends intense combat, finishing moves, and gameshow-like challenges and rewards to produce an action experience unlike any other. Why fight for “honor” or “duty” when you can fight for the real American dream: cash, fame and endorsements?

Last I heard, this was a watered down TF2, is this about right?
(Not that that's a bad thing with the way TF2 is going!)

Watered down in the sense that some classes that are similar to TF2 classes got 'combined'. Other than that it has a few more combat features but less gamemodes and maps compared to TF2.

Was looking at the trailer and the pics of the game you posted and the one blue suit reminds me of tron. With all those neon looking strips on the body and stuff.

Half the people that buy this only want the silly TF2 items and will never play this

They do know how to market a game though, shit hats on tf2 players' plates and they'll eat that shit right up (and pay for it)
