Anyone else here excited about JJ Abrams' upcoming thriller? I just saw this trailer when I went to see Source Code (also a good movie, but that's another story), and I'm now pretty anxious to see this film.

My first thought was a connection to Cloverfield, but Abrams says no (http://screenrant.com/jj-abrams-super-8-cloverfield-rob-58225/). Anyways, whatever the monster is that breaks out of that derailed train, I gotta see.

I saw this trailer in IMAX. I will be impulse seeing this movie. It just looks awesome.

I got to meet some of the cast :) the lady I work with's nephew's kids starred in the movie and they were in Ohio where I live visiting. Was pretty cool. Mind you, they were kids, but it's still cool to meet someone in a movie.

I saw it. It was great. I recommend this in IMAX. Brought me back to the prime days of Spielberg, even if Abrams directed it. I suspect my feeling is because Steven was a producer on this film. Most of the actors were pretty good.
