Instead of posting to each individual thread, I thought it would be a better idea to have one thread with the status for PC/CE apps and mods for the latest patch to Halo. It'll be updated with more mods as needed or requested.

Thanks to Technut on Halo-fixes forum for compiling much of the information below.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Legend

Compatible = Officially updated to work on v1.0.10 and functioning fully with no workarounds.
Semi-Compatible = Not officially updated to work on v1.0.10, but is fully or partially functioning using a workaround.
Incompatible = Not yet updated to work on v1.0.10 and does not function at all.

Server Mods

SAPP (by Sehe) - PC/CE

Status: Compatible
Current Version: v8.6.2 (http://xhalo.tk/changelog)
Detail: SAPP 7.3 introduced broadcasting of v1.09 and lower version servers on the newly created Master Server. Version 1.0.10 clients can now see these servers as the patch has officially been released. To be clear, until the 31st of May 2014, v1.09 servers and below running SAPP will show up on both the GameSpy master server and Bungie master server.

Phasor (by Oxide) - PC/CE

Status: Semi-Compatible
Current Version: v02.01.08.11 (http://phasorforhalo.com/downloads.php)
Detail: While Oxide is no longer developing the app, he released a script (http://phasor.proboards.com/thread/806/halo-new-master-server-updated) to allow v1.09 servers running Phasor to be listed on the v1.0.10 master server. As Phasor is no longer being updated, it is unlikely that we'll see v1.0.10 servers running Phasor natively.

Gandanur (by Omega) - PC/CE

Status: Compatible
Current Version: v14.7.0 (http://www.gandanur.com/p/downloads.html)
Detail: Well, Geomitar stopped updating this since 2013, so it is highly unlikely that we'll see an official update to work on v1.0.10. However, Skylace from the Halo-fixes forum has reported that A§H»Шιzαя∂ released modified v1.09 executables (http://halo-fixes.findforum.net/t45-modified-109-haloded-haloceded-for-halo-110) to list v1.09 servers on the new master server. Geo has made a statement recently (http://www.gandanur.com/2014/05/hello-world.html) saying that Gandanur will be officially updated to work with v1.0.10 some time in June. Is now fully compatible.

H-Ext (by Danger Zone Studio) - PC/CE

Status: Compatible
Current Version: v5.2.4 (http://addon.halo.dangerzonestudio.com/halo-extension/h-ext-download)
Detail: DZS is preparing a release aiming for the end of May, which will not include everything that was expected for v5.2.2. It will contain some fixes, but bring some major caveats as well, such as the complete removal of Windows 8 support for the time being. Go here (http://halo.dangerzonestudio.com/incompatible-h-ext-and-older-versions-with-halo-1-0-10) for full details.

Detail: Version 4.0 was released alongside CMT's The Silent Cartographer Evolved (http://www.halomods.com/ips/index.php?/topic/850-cmts-the-silent-cartographer-evolved-release-beyond/) in March 2015. There is no official changelog, but you may dig through the commits page (https://bitbucket.org/KornnerStudios/opensauce-release/commits/all).

Halo Anti Cheat 2 (by Btcc22) - PC/CE

Status: Compatible
Current Version: v2.2.0.6 (http://blog.haloanticheat.com/?p=241)
Detail: Updated to support v1.0.10 clients. Some amazing new features were added to HAC 2, so definitely check it out!

Optic (by Sehe) - PC/CE

Status: Compatible
Current Version: v1.0 (http://www.modacity.net/forums/showthread.php?24627-Optic)

Halo Chat V2 (by Sehe) - PC/CE

Current Version: v2.0 (http://www.modacity.net/forums/showthread.php?24285-Halo-Chat-V2-No-more-textlag!)
Detail: Works as normal.

SAPP Anticheat (by Sehe) - PC/CE

In additional, some client mods like SightJackers or OpenSouce modify Halo's code and can make you banned too.
Therefore don't use ANY client sided application.

Very hard to recommend a mod that doesn't want to play nicely with anything else. Hopefully you'll get it compatible with HAC 2 soon, then so the people using this aren't stuck without FoV adjustments.

You should also put notes on which apps are compatible with each other, for example

Open sauce is not compatible with hac 2, or optic is integrated with hac 2 and is semi compatible with hac 2 (doesn't show stats page) etc.

Also maybe include sehe's custom chat client.

The Optic that's in HAC2 has little relation to Sehe's Optic. The name was reused (probably a bad idea in hindsight) since people associate it with medals and the original intention was to integrate but the end result was a completely new system. Supposedly Sehe's Optic is compatible with HAC2, stats page and all.

I mean I've tried to run it with hac2 but what happens is hac2's optic is disabled because it throws an error saying it cannot load the medals (and instead uses sehe's optic)

yeah I guess it's compatible technically. lol
