I've been toying around with the comic, and it appears that over most of the frames, you can drag the images from side to side, and at some parts, random numbers fill in.

But are they random?

I am going to post once I record all the numbers.

I never knew that before...this is what I have found after you mentioned it.

Wonder what it could mean?

They're already in the right order. It was found a few weeks after the ARG started I think.

Not that hard, that IP's been found for a while now...

Check it out.

I've done some relevant search around this website, it has a link to a MS site too, it seems to be a forerunner AI that records data.

Perhaps a monitor/record keep of the earth installation?

nice.

yeah, it gives you an interactive (spin-able) sentinal/monitor-looking thing, with four or five (I don't remember) buttons 'hidden' on it. They download some cool text documents, pictures and play a short clip about a Forerunner, The Flood, a Monitor, and the firing of the Halos.

Got them. Thank You.

Okay, well I think this thread should be dimissed... I've been taddling around the net for the past two hours and I've verified that there's way more base knowledge and interpretation that I could scuffle together in a day.

Nah....keep this thread open. Please. There may be others that did not know about this. Bring that knowledge here in a collection of sorts.

Alright, and if I see anything that's of major reference/use, I'll post updates on the first post, with links to the original poster. I won't quote what they say, though.

It's a futuristic server, as in the physical form of a computer used as a data storage and disribution medium.

This was discovered quite a while ago. About a month or so, I think. I lurk the BNet forums and follow updates on the ARG. You can also access the site that the IP leads to by going to the halo3.com homepage and clicking on "server 1".

If you noticed there are flashes of words on the screen heres the full text:

We may have been fools to think that all intelligence follows the rules we've set
The Flood is no idiot parasite
NO SIMPLE INFECTION TO BE CURED AND CAUTERIZED
It has a center, a Mind
AND THAT DISCOVERY GAVE US A WAY TO FIGHT IT
BUT WHEN THE MIND REALIZED WE HAD ITS MEASURE
it spoke to us
MOCKINGLY, DISMISSIVELY
It has done this before
ELSEWHERE

Could the Flood be an intergalactic plague?

Doesn't the Gravemind control the flood?

Zeph
July 14th, 2007, 10:29 PM
according to the H3ARG, the gravemind(s) are essentially the flood. The Forerunner treat all flood as one being.

Do they? I wonder why they do that.

hmm, this is some odd stuff that you guys have found, and that link leet gave us is very odd in it's own way. there is 3 spots you can click on, one on the front, one on the right side, and one on the right. 1 gives you a video, and 2 lets you download some files.

ya, I found some more, and did any one download any thing from the 2 servers, I've got 4 or 5 images from them, 2 text files, and a .wav file, Fyb3r from TSL (the guy I showed it to today and told me there was more then just one image) has two .text files, and 2 Images from server 1. and has any one found any other open servers like this? I don't know if any has seen it but there is some thing different on the back of server 2's floating robot thingy.
