I know that i've seen that 2 or 3 years ago on some weird Halo 3 Wish List Website. It's old, there is also a wish for controlling the secondary fire on Wraiths and holding Jackal Shields...
a pointless waste of time and code.

In fact, the site's last update was about eight months after this... at least two years ago.
