right now im looking for a good fireing sound for a HK-UMP. and all the ones im finding are shit. so if anyone knows a good place too get OR a good program to make sounds. that would be helpfull

You could always try for sounds online. Flashkit (http://www.flashkit.com) or Findsounds (http://www.findsounds.com) might help.

find sounds has crappy search engine and crappyer sounds usually...
never heard of flash kit ill look there. i already found the hk fireing i got it from some update kit for some game. it was just in the zip so i extracted it. but i stil need reloading and what not.

I've searched plenty of times, but I've never, ever found a decent sound web site. If you find one, makes sure you tell me...

has a lot of wav game gun sounds. there supposedto be updates to mercenaries. quality is excelent :D

I always download from sounddogs, or make a clicking sound with somehting in my room and record with wavepad. Then i filter the crap out of it until it sounds like a fire sound. I also have background recorded gun animation sounds from games like BF2 and FEAR.
