View Full Version : [APP] Profile Name Hack

Well, I'm sure there have been many and better programs already made (http://www.h2vista.net/forums/showthread.php?t=117) but none have been released. Some of them were supost to be released but never were. I know there are alot of people that want to use this hack so I got bored and remade my very simplistic one.

Instructions:

All you need to do is go to your profile settings and go to 'Change Name'. Startup this program and then type/paste your characters into the textbox and it will then be done, you can also press the 'Profile Name' label if it doesn't go automatically. That's pretty much it, press accept and you have your new name.

Framework .Net 2.0 (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=0856EACB-4362-4B0D-8EDD-AAB15C5E04F5&displaylang=en) is needed.

Released projects are always better than private ones... though I suppose I should leave negative comments as I seem to like them so much :v

Wait, how does it work?
Do you just enter characters, Alt+Tab to Halo, and it's already entered in?

It's kind of confusing... you have to have it open, then go to Halo and go to change name, clear the field, alt tab and put your name in, then go back to Halo and it'll be in there

Ya it's a little confusing but it is the easiest way to have programmed/hacked it.

1. Open Halo/HCE
2. Activate/Create a profile that you would like to change the name of.
3. Main Menu > Settings > Change Name. Delete the current name.
4. Open Skyline's Name Hack For Halo.
5. Enter desired text into text box. All characters must have Alt Codes!

I dont like it. I remember when people first started using cheat engine and if you had ™s in profile name were "leet" now everyone has one and its not cool anymore. I prolly remove mine. ;(

I use it to customise my Halo PC name, but my Halo CE name is kept restricted-character-free.
