Sapien Error

Can someone help me with this Error? Every time I try to open the scenrio this happens:

Right click on your Sapien's .exe, then proprieties, there, it should be a tab where you can ask to make the programme run as a "Windows 2000" application. You're done.

...and if that doesn't work...TaskManager -> Process Tab...right click Sapien.exe (launch it first, don't select a map yet) set Affinity to CPU 0 or 1...then continue es normally.
