I know, but I meant out of all the section in these forums (Tech Talk, Off-Topic, Halo 3, etc...), the Halo 3 section has the most visitors at once, but it's the one that people post the least in, out of all the ones on this forum.

You dont seem to understand what I'm saying. The halo 3 section might have the most visitors at once, but it doesn't have the most people visiting it. Search engine spiders get counted as guests, but they aren't people.
