Well, my brother and I have been messing about in foundry ever since it came out free. This is our first completed map so far and we really enjoy playing slayer on it, though we set it up for CTF,KOTH and Oddball just incase. It's pretty nice for practicing your sniping and battle rifle I guess.

We tried our best to make it symmetrical, though there may be some unevenness here and there, some due to some useless geometry on the blank foundry.
As you can see in the above picture, there is a set of stairs coming from three sides that leads to a centre platform. From this platform is another set of stairs which leads up to the sniper spawn. Strangely enough though, there is a man-cannon towards the end of the stairs which allows for quicker travel and safer ambushes now and again.

In the middle of the bottom left and right stair cases is the mauler which, by default, has no spare clips. This is to prevent most camping, though if you dislike it you can always adjust the spawn time in forge.

To the sides of each base, there are tunnels which allows for some sneaky ambushes. However, the coincidental danger-sign should not be underestimated as it is a very narrow path and is a grenade fest at most times. The plasma pistol is also placed between both tunnels for whatever reason (I didn't want it there but hey, it's our map ;) )

The bases are easily seen from the opposite base. If one is taking heavy fire, he can always run into the tunnels at the side to escape and re-emerge in the middle or the opposite base.

Not too sure if you guys will enjoy it that much, but it's our little practice map and I felt like releasing it. It may be subject to some moving around here and there at some point.

*Updates in V2*

The map feels a bit smaller now that some things were adjusted.
The tunnels are now placed neater, and one cannot jump around using the dumpster. Instead, one must use the gravity lift at the end of the tunnel or the stairs.

The bases have received a roof and more cover. The carbine and flag spawns have also been adjusted slightly.

The tunnels used to have some walls and bridges on top to stop you from falling off if you were on top. Instead, these man cannons were placed cleverly.

The spawns have been adjusted slightly and no longer leave you with a wall in your face.

Oddball and KOTH is now supported.

Before it was possible to fall to the back of the bases and get trapped. Now some barriers were placed to avoid this.

There is now an open box infront of the stairs for whatever crazy reason.
If an admin or something could change the topic title to say "V2", that'd be sweet. :)

I went a little ADD when I looked at your B base picture and noticed that the arrows aren't all pointing the same way....

You just gave me an idea for a forge map and now I really want to forge but can't because lunch is over :mad:

Anyway, I had alot of free time and I made some tweaks to the map myself today. Details in OP.
