That's awesome, the scope actually has reflection. Most of the ports on nexus have broken smoothing.

Sadly, the running animations are still terrible in NV. Any mod that fix this?

Assuming you want to upgrade to something better down the road, I don't think the coolermaster is adequate. That PSU can only deliver 460W max, it is closer to 400W continuous. In general, low end...

You could've just used a program called driver sweeper, which deletes all traces of drivers from your PC. Then just installed the earlier drivers. That's what I do when I have issues with drivers...

Are physX demanding on your PC? The recommended specs lists dedicated PhysX card to be able to get good performance.
