Tripped up to Mueller Hut, a 4 hour slog 1.1km uphill. Plenty of photos to come.
I've probably also exaggerated it a bit more than you'd normally see, but it's definitely noticeable to the naked eye.
How are you planning on getting the map to update upon clicks? You'll need a pretty beefy set of scripts to keep up with the number of menus, and ways to navigate. Another thing I couldn't quite get...
Yeah I never found a way to do this while working on the delta halo UI. You could use ingame textures models but you'd likely run into issues with people using different FOVs?
As warsaw said it's definitely atmospheric - it's usually a light blue haze but sometimes after heavy rainfall it is much blue-er than usual. The sea just out of frame to the right was calm as well...

Just finished up a 3 day hike through the high country in Arthur's Pass (Cass Saddle through to Lagoon Saddle).
