The game isn't going to be on PC, this has been confirmed time and time again. No point in getting your hopes up, really.

Not to mention that BB changed his form in Glasslands when he put a red ribbon on himself during Parangosky's birthday, which shows that AIs can change their looks whenever they want.

It's always possible that it is Halsey, but they used a different biped for the trailer to not spoil things for us. However, I would love to see Parangosky in the game, so my bet is on her.
