With 3 hours of HLSL knowledge I was able to make this. Its Mostly for the lulz. Ill be making halo 3 forge filters and bloom soon.
To use this you must have DXTweaker. Place this file in the /plugin/PostFilterEffect folder to use.

I think Metroid is a pretty cool guy, eh finds missiles and doesn't afraid of anything.

Why would you want to watch your character get shot by a corrupt US General when you can watch him get eviscerated by an eight-foot alien in purple body armour?
It uses HLSL in assembly format. A bit harder.
