Over all it looks pretty good. I don't like the over use of the pelican in many of maps.... like BG. But... the skins look pretty cool...

Halo CE means one of two things and the only way to know which is which is to have it written in the correct context. Halo CE usually means Custom Edition for most people. Halo CE is also "Combat Evolved." I assume you mean Halo PC when you say "Halo CE."

TO make the long story short, this is for Halo PC. If you click the link to HaloMods, it throws you into the PC downloads category.

just downloaded, after 10 minutes of ooh-ing and ah-ing
i finally changed it back to regular halo.

sure the thing was neat, some skins are cool (even though hang em high makes my eyes bleed)
but for some reason, i couldn't here anything, i even put that sounds thingy in there.
plus i just didn't feel great with the maps since 90% of them were dark and i prefer light maps.
