Yes. Probably on low-medium settings, though. That's a really nice CPU you have for a laptop, btw. Old, but fast. GPU is lacking, but is better than integrated. I would turn off shadows, AA, soften smoke edges, and specular lighting. You should be fine then if you keep the AF to a minimum and textures on just high or normal.
