Everything is working fine now.
Yeah, there was a problem with running PermissionsEX and its ModifyWorld feature at the same time; I think they were outdated.
Whitelist/permissions seem to be in order now as of this afternoon. Happy crafting, folks, and happy new year!

If anyone lost anything from either the shop or something else, ask p0lar to /give you whatever you think you lost. Please be honest.
I think king is the only one that used the shop more than anyone else as a unlimited storage source.
I lost all the shit in my hotbar. Not really a big loss though.
