    Clearly that lawsuit had no effect, seeing that it is now September and HTC has since released many more new Android phones in this country.

    But yeah. This patent war is bullshit. Also, US Senate passed a bill that makes the US PTO give rights to the first to file rather than the first with the idea, making this country cater to the big guys.

    Sort of. Apple is deliberately avoiding a straight fight with Google. That said, I wouldn't mind HTC stopping manufacture of Android handsets because then they'd actually put some effort into their WP7 line. I would like to see another company other than Nokia produce a quality WP7 handset, because I like that platform.
