Yeah, it's probably be cheaper for Google to go in and do everything themselves. I mean, look at the prices they're offering everything. I know they're taking a loss on setting things up, but they've got something going on to make that work out long term. My guess is that they're establishing cities as macro hubs to monitor http traffic.
