Windows Search Index only Indexes a handful of files

Alright so every time I search a folder windows it returns no results, after googling this issue for a while I found the indexing option, and I'm pretty sure I figured out why it can't find anything.

Windows is only indexing about 177 files.

I've set it to index one of my disks which holds pretty much all my files, and most importantly my inspiration folders, which alone holds over 6K images, obviously it's something I need to be able to search through.

No matter how many times I rebuild the index it only indexes 177 files.

What is going on and how do I fix it?

Figured it out, apparently some leftover functionality from the old days when A: and B: were always floppy drives makes it so windows will not index A/B even if you explicitly tell it to.
