Does H2V has Memory Protection?

What are the consequences if there is one?

Any unprotected servers or something similar too that?

Although vb6 has troubles in vista. Not sure about vb.net

My question is are bullet registration server side or client side? Cause if they are client side its not going to be hard to make hacks and mods, in CS:S its server side, still hacked, but its easy to detect and tons of ppl get banned every day and stop.
