I hate having to go through the start menu trying to find the program I need, having the quick launch there makes launching programs an easeAnd I don't like having them on the desktop either, as I'd have to sift through all the other crap -_-'

I love it, its like a cross between vista and MCE royale theme's... the windows show up in the lighter blue (like the taskbar) when they are selected.
