Thanks all, next on the to-do list is individually sleeve each wire for the main power cable and PCI-E cables. Alas the sleeving kits cost money (god damn, didn't they get the memo about pay-your-own-price?) and I cannot spend money for awhile...
Nice result. What exactly did you bathe the case in before you applied the black spray paint? Something to get rid of the paint that was already on it?
You can probably save a lot of money by just buying some heatshrink, wire mesh and black zip ties separately. If you don't have a heatgun, you can get away with using a blow dryer or soldering iron for the heatshrink.
You could probably get all the stuff you needed for under $10 excluding the hair dryer/solder iron if you look around online. I know that a warehouse that I lived by sold heatshrink for around a dime a foot depending on width and such. Wire mesh wasn't much more, and zip ties can be purchased for cheap in plenty of places.

A whisper from the past.
Not all wire mesh is created equally, therein lies the problem. The stuff that comes on most PSU's isn't great because it's to loose and you can see through it, where as the stuff I plan to get is practically opaque.
I bathed it in water with dish soap, just to get all the dust and metal particles off before painting. There wasn't really a paint on it before, just bare aluminum or whatever the metal was, hence the primer.
I'm going to get one of those rounded IDE cables eventually, cheaper than buying new drives just for SATA. I'd buy something like this but it would end up being even MORE expensive than just buying new optical drives.
Also no, eventual plan is TripleHead2Go with SLI enabled. Hopefully Nvidia can enable SLI on two DL-DVI ports on the same card, then the rumored TH2G concept that uses both to up the bandwidth for larger resolutions will be worth it.
Edit - Heh, I came up with a decently witty comment from some recent posts here to go along with my case from now on;
"Some say it looks like a particle accelerator, and that it eats diced velociraptors for breakfast... All we know, is it's called The-Tank."

To be honest, I would never even consider using the TripleHead2Go box. Even if I had the absolute best graphics cards out there and I could increase performance with Crossfire/SLI, I wouldn't take advantage of it because it would be more of a nuisance than an advantage.
With the box, I'm pretty sure it makes all your monitors appear as one to your desktop. So, Windows would behave as if it was only one screen. If you ever maximize a window, it will go across all monitors, which blows ass. You wouldn't be able to dock stuff to the sides of individual screens. Your taskbar would start all the way on the left monitor and end all the way on the right. Also, every game you play would HAVE to support the device for the screen resolution and the HUD.
