My favs would have to be Butter Chicken Satay, Bacon and Chicken Carbonara, Alfredo and Spaghetti Bolognese.

My all time favorite though, is Potato Bake. Thinly cut potato, layered into a glass dish with layers of cheese and bacon. The bacon is fried slowly in a pan with Rosemary, Garlic and Oregano before its added. The whole thing is then covered in parmesan cheese and some small herbs. Baked for 50 minutes at 180, winner is ready.

Totally epic and totally rich and fatty.

Pretty much anything, as long as if I don't have to make it. I can't cook

grilled cheesy eggs

beat an egg and pour it onto a frying pan... when the egg is cooked throw a slice of bread ontop of it, butter side up. Flip the whole thing over and lay a slice o cheese ontop of the egg. Fold over any of the egg that is overflowing from the sides of the bread. Slap another slice of bread ontop of the whole thing butter side up and flip it when the bottom slice is a nice golden brown (like grilled cheese) when both sides are golden brown then place the sandwich off to the side. Wait for it to cool down and enjoy.

For a spicy/hot taste mix a pinch of creole seasoning into the egg before pouring it onto your pan.

Full of epic win right there, if you can make a better sandwich in seven minutes (from getting everything out to clean up) let me know. Especially let me know if there isn't any meat in it. (Lacto-Ovo vegetarian)
