one of the installation steps failed. Do yo want to retry? This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer package. Than i clikc retry and nothing works? What should i do? Please help, Please help. Halo 2 is starting to get on my nerves, one thing works than another thing goes rong? Why can I not install the game? maybe i should get my legit cd from my brothers and see if it does something. Well anyone got any ideas???????? Please, please, please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Prove you own a legit copy of the game.

Yeah use ur brothers disk, if you have a legitimate copy you can activate it with ur own code.

I actually know a pretty decently probability reason that it might be failing. But since you began being a dick it would be wrong to tell you up front.

So... I'll just give you a fairly decent-sized clue and if you can get it then yea.

Clue 1: Disk
Clue 2: Scheduel

Note: If your error is just a bad file than this will NOT fix your issue. What will fix your issue in that case is *buying the frick'n game*
