Hell, I have IBS (Google it if ya don't know) and I still still don't know what to do about. I usally run into the bathroom with my ipod or a magazine and text or read. Or I post on modacity. But srsly.... I really don't know what do to stop it once I start shitting. I could have milk and cereal and be in the bathroom in 20 minutes. Milk jumpstarts it but I have unlucky days where it just happens. Makes it harder to keep a job too :[
