i've got this little problem
avast antivirus keeps reporting this file, vbagz.sys, as malware/rootkit
so i press the delete button, but it keeps returning

i googled vbagz.sys and found out the registry and file changes it makes, so i delete those, with system restore off
but it still keeps coming back..

i think my rundll32.exe might be corrupt, anyone know where in the windows installation cd that file is located?

oh and im currently running the avg anti-rootkit free, i dunno if that would work.

any halp is appreciated :D

Spybot Search and destroy lets you know when somethign is changing in your registry, download and install it(sorry, don't got a link), delete vbags.sys and restart, if spybot finds a registry change after restarting check "Remember dicission" and click on "Deny change".

If it still acts up ether reformat or ask someone else.
