As many of you know, in SPv2, we have been working on a brute biped. One thing we need, is dialouge. We have set up a gmail acount h2vcmt@gmail.com, where you can record your own brute sounds, and submit them to us for use in the mod. We won't be using every sound effect submitted, but we will use enough so the sounds arn't overly repedative. There are a few guidelines to this though.

Submitted sounds must have no background noise, and be in .wav format.
Submitted sounds need to be labeled as what they are for, ie, death, quick death, wounded, surprised, heavily wounded, killed enemy.
Brutes do not speak english, we are looking for animal type sounds, think like the elites in H1

We also might do this again, for Spartan 3 dialouge if tag space permits it.

lol, i doubt any of these will be good enough to pass the test, but this is an interesting idea. i wouldnt do it for spartan 3's, you would have to have one person do all the voices per character

SPARTAN-IIIs don't sound like normal 12 year olds... my guess is that they sound like 15, 16, and 17 year olds (maybe older). I suck at voicing, but I thought I'd put that out =p. Can't wait to hear some of the stuff that comes out, lol. GET IN MA BELLAH should be an easter egg (use it with a specific biped and hide it mb?), XD.

change it to be a bit more clear and say "Get", not "come".

Wtf dude, I know macs sucks, I only used it so that I could change the pitch of the recording. It was the closest thing at hand. It’s my school laptop and I had no choice but to use the macs they handed out. I’m a PC user all the way. Why the hell would I be playing ANY kind of video game on a mac? They are only good for editing and using as some form of protective shield.

I'm sure that the native Brute language is NOT English. Note : while in H2 Elites speak English, we can assume that this is translated so we can understand it, as in H1 they speak their normal language.

Yea Macs are great computers though. I wouldn't buy one because I can build my own for a fraction of the cost... but if its a tossup between a factory and an Apple. You might just want to go for the Apple.

WTF? giving kids in Grade 5 who know almost nothign about computers? Ouch, how can they afford that? I have no problem with it, i just don't liek they're methods.
