CMT online CE matchs

Ok so, i went to this site (that masterz gave me) http://hce.halomaps.org/server/?IP=208.167.224.106&Port=2302&returnURL=../index.cfm?pg=66
and i imputed the IP directly, and it tells me that "your cliant is older than the server", that means that i am not running the latest version right?
but when i try to update it, it says that i am running the latest version... can anybody help?

go to hce.halomaps.org (http://hce.halomaps.org) and download the "Hotfix 1.07" (or whatever it's called, my school blocked halomaps for whatever dumb reason) and tell it to run. That should fix your problem. If it doesn't, reinstall Halo CE and go in with the default UI that came with the app (Not CMT's, which has the update check disabled) and go to multiplayer internet games, and it should check and find the update for you.

What version are you running? It should be the 1.07 (http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?pg=3&fid=1056) version.

well, i AM running 1.07... and both Halo and CE tell me i'm up to date!
and i tried running hotfix but that also told me i'm upto date...

any other ideas??

Back up any folders with custom content in them (or just the content) and reinstall Custom Edition. If that doesn't work, reinstall Halo completely. Only thing I can think of.

yeah backup your map folder and uninstall, then delete your halo CE folder, reinstall with the halo CE with the 1.07 update from halomaps.org

i think its the most popular, my school blocks halo maps too =\

Don't reinstall. Ever. The reinstall function is broken. Completely and totally uninstall, then install CE again, if you do anything.

ok, i did all that, uninstalled and updated and all, and it still says the same thing, just today i tried...

does this have anything to do with the fact that i don't have access to the members exclusive area, or something like that??

if not, can anyone else help me?

youre sure that you uninstalled halo and halo ce, then reinstalled both, then put the cmt server's maps on?

um, i don't have the newest run, but on that server rotation site, i'm sure i've seen others running which i still couldn't join, and it would say "cannot join server!" instead of the outdates message...

u sure it wasnt a 'error loading map file' instead? lol, if u cant get to the exculsive area then there is little chance that u would have the map.

If you think you have the same map, but you attempt to join that server and it says "Unable to join game" or anything along those lines, then chances are you either have the outdated one or they do.

look, i haven't tried to join the server when the new map (snow grove) was running... i was talking about several weeks (maybe months) ago when i'm sure i saw maps from the original map pack 1 relase... and i couldn't join them, not because i didn't possess the map files, but because the server outdated me!!

ok, look, I still can't connect to the server now, and i have both of the new beta maps, but it says the same thing, for god's sake, someone tell me what i can do PLEASE!!
