If you haven't been able to play Amnesia yet, then please take advantage of this offer. I know, OnLive is a little slow and shady sometimes, but I've tested it out for this game and it's not so bad.

Just sign up for an OnLive account, download the app and run the launcher when it's done installing.

When it starts up, go to the marketplace and select Amnesia: The Dark Descent. It'll be the first one in the list.

Click purchase and then apply this promo code: THANKYOU

The game will then be $0.00 :D

Enjoy :D

Once I muster up the courage to keep playing Penumbra Overture past the first level I'll get back to you.

Fuck I haven't finished Penumbra: Overture either, but at least grab it while its available. Input lag seems like it's non-existent for me. I played for another hour, shit myself and proceeded to sob in a corner while being attacked by a monster. Mind you this is broad daylight with the sun streaming through the windows and the shades open all the way. Yeah, I think I'm done.

I've been meaning to play this since I enjoyed all 3 games out of the Penumbra series.

Yeah I don't like OnLive Either, but fuck it's for free. Yeah, I know, support the indie devs, but seriously, I'm not gonna pay full price for a game I don't think I'll be able to finish.

Well it's not even about supporting the indie devs it's about not supporting onlive, they'll probably count everyone who gets this for free towards their "user base" and how "successful" cloud gaming such as this is. Anyways I'd put money down Amnesia is gonna be really cheap with all the other games on steam during July 4th sales, a little ways off but there it is.

Hmm...I see. To be completely honest, I can't see OnLive actually being able to sway too many people into thinking it is "amazing." Since I've already demoed OnLive before, they wouldn't really be recounting me as a part of the playerbase.

Can't use any of these online game streaming services, internet connection is to slow. My speeds are average in Canada so online streaming servers = not for 80% of Canada.
